Order Status

I placed my order now what? How long does it take to process an order? Where's my order?!

Order Confirmation vs. Shipping Confirmation

Order Confirmation

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order has been received. 

This is just to alert you the customer and us the fulfillment team that you in fact placed and order and we have received it.

Please note that your method of payment will be automatically processed, and our fulfillment team will begin working on filling your order.

Shipping Confirmation

A Shipping confirmation e-mail will confirm that the order has been processed, packed and is on its way to you, Hooray!

Below you will find examples of our Order Confirmation and Shipping confirmation emails. Please note where you

should find your tracking number and the yellow box in your shipping confirmation that will hold notes at times regarding  your order.



Order Process

We are a small company and do our best to ship out your orders in a timely manner.

Orders take between 24-48 hours to process and will vary due to the time the order was placed. 

 We do not process orders over the weekend and any orders placed after 3:00 pm on Fridays and

before 9:00 am on Monday will be processed on Monday after 9:00 am including 1 or 2-day shipping. 


Order Delivery

So who is carrying/delivering my order?

Currently we us Smartpost Delivery, which is a partnership between the United States Postal Service and FedEx.

FedEx picks up your orders, carries, then hands off your orders to USPS. USPS will be delivering your purchases

unless you have paid for expedited shipping (1 or 2- Day shipping), in which case FedEx will be the deliverer. 



Long Story Short

You can check the status of your order by checking the tracking number on your shipping confirmation e-mail if you have or haven't created an account with us.
