Returns Policy

Making a return is easy + FREE RETURNS!

You have 30 days from when your purchase was shipped to you to decide whether to keep your item/s (that's the date and time you received your shipping/tracking notification). The item/s must be in original condition with all the tags and packaging and not damaged unless previously stated in correspondence as a reason for the return. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after arriving back at our returns department, once we receive your item we will review, issue and notify you about your refund. Once you have been notified that we have issued your refund, please allow 7-10 business days for it to show in your account. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order.

We are currently partnered with UPS for outgoing orders and returns. Along with your online purchase, we will include your invoice and a return label that you can either use on the original packaging material or your own packaging and drop off at your local UPS location. 

We offer free returns, which means we will not deduct the return cost from your estimated refund. We also do not charge for exchanges.

In the event that you would prefer to send it out yourself and not use the included return label please follow the instructions below:

We do not do 2-day or next day air exchange shipping.

In the event you do not receive a return label along with your order please Email weborders@lilyrain.com to request a return label. You will receive a return-shipping label by email to the email address you have noted on your lily rain account. 

Web orders can be returned to any Lily Rain store and will not incur return shipping fees, please provide your invoice and ID at in-store checkout for return items.

Please make sure to note your return tracking number for any potentials claims. This will also help you estimate the arrival of your return to our returns department and the amount of time your refund will be returned to your account.

Final Sale WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for returns and will not be issued refunds.
