Returns Policy

Making a return is easy!

You have 30 days from when your purchase was shipped to you to decide whether to keep your item/s (that's the date and time you received your shipping/tracking notification). The item/s must be in original condition with all the tags and packaging. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after arriving back at our fulfillment center, once we receive your item we will review, issue and notify you about your refund. Once you have been notified that we have issued your refund, please allow 7-10 business days for it to show in your account. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order.

Currently we offer Smartpost Returns, a solution that utilizes the strength of the FedEx® network and all public access points of the U.S. Postal Service® (USPS). Whether you choose to drop off your return package at a local post office, postal collection box, your own mailbox, a FedEx location or choose to go to www.usps.gov/pickup/ to request a free USPS package pickup at your home or business address, you have all public access points of the USPS at your disposal. The transit time for FedEx SmartPost Returns shipments is 2 to 7 business days.

 

There are four options on how to exchange the item/s.You are welcome to use whichever method of shipping.

Option 1: Along with your order you will be provided a Smartpost Returns label that enables easier return shipping. You can drop off your returnat any USPS or FedEx location using the Smartpost Return Label. In the event your order does not come with a return label please see option number three. When using this method, your credit card will be charged the return shipping cost. In the event you request an exchange, you will be charged for your return along with the shipping cost associated with sending you your exchange merchandise.Please make sure to make a note of your return

 

Option 2: Self sent, please address all returns to: lily rain Returns Department 8201 Kempwood Drive Houston, TX 77055. When using this method you will not be charged for the return shipping. In the event of an exchange you will however be charged for the shipping cost associated with sending you your exchange merchandise.

 

Option 3: In the event you do not receive a Smartpost Returns label along with your order please Email weborders@lilyrain.com to request a return label. You will receive a return-shipping label by email to the email address you have noted on your lily rain account. When using this method, your credit card will be charged the return shipping cost along with the shipping cost associated with sending you your exchange merchandise.

 

Option 4: Web orders can be returned to any Lily Rain store and will not incur return shipping fees, please provide your invoice and ID at checkout for return items.

 

We are NOT responsible for lost, self sent return packages and recommend you insure and track your package. Please make sure to make a note of the tracking number that is easily located on your SmartPost Return Label as shown in sample image below. This will help you estimate the arrival of your return to our warehouse and for your refund to be issued.

 

Vintage and Final Sale items CANNOT be returned.
